Orders can be taken by
email or telephone. Discounts may be available dependent upon specific item(s) and overall order value. Such discounts are therefore applied on order confirmation.

Privacy Policy
We do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Delivery Policy
ADVERTISED PRICES ARE PLUS DELIVERY UNLESS OTHERWISE NEGOTIATED
- Orders for in-stock items will be despatched within 7 days of receipt of cleared funds payment for the full order or deposit as agreed on order confirmation.
- Items not in stock - timeframe will depend on item ordered and an email needs to be sent to us to acquire estimate for delivery
- Overseas orders welcome and timeframe for despatch is same as previous 2 points
- Orders are sent either by UK courier or our own delivery dependent upon size and weight of items ordered. Exact delivery day will be advised in advance as items MUST be signed for.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Refunds can only be given for items that are incorrectly sent or damaged on delivery, unless customer is happy for us to send a replacement and collect damaged item. WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS of any breakages and items must be SIGNED FOR AS "UNCHECKED" otherwise we are not liable for breakages.
- Cancellations will result in loss of deposit unless we are in breach of the timeframe agreed.
- Our terms are 100% with order, or 50% deposit if items need to be cast. Balance due before delivery is made.
